Changing the Standard.

Forgeon was founded from a simple belief: skilled work deserves respect.

Across Europe, the demand for qualified welders and fitters is growing fast. Yet too often, the people who fill that gap are treated unfairly. Long hours, poor housing and minimal pay are still common in parts of the industry.

We believe that technical excellence and fair treatment must go hand in hand.

After delivering projects across the Netherlands under our former structure, we decided to take the next step. From 1 January 2026, we continue as an independent international organization under the name Forgeon.

With our base in Breda and strategic hubs in Lithuania and Denmark, we deliver Dutch quality and straightforward reliability across Europe, giving our clients fast, transparent and fully compliant access to skilled professionals, while offering our people the safety, dignity and respect they deserve.
