At Forgeon, we believe that real security starts long before retirement.
That’s why we are committed to building a strong social and financial safety net that goes beyond legal minimums wherever possible. We invest our own resources to strengthen long-term security, improve safety and support personal and professional development.
Our people receive guidance on financial planning, saving and investing, enabling them to build a stable future with confidence. Rather than leaving employees fully dependent on government pension systems they must navigate on their own, we aim to create an additional layer of long-term security where local regulations allow.
The way this commitment is implemented differs by country. In some countries, such as Lithuania and Denmark, Forgeon is able to make additional pension reservations and contribute alongside employees who choose to invest extra in their pension or long-term financial plans. In other countries, including the Netherlands, the structure and regulatory framework of the pension system limit the possibility of making additional employer-funded pension reserves beyond the mandatory schemes.
Regardless of location, we continue to invest in what we can strengthen everywhere: financial education, continuous training, upskilling and personal development. These investments help our professionals make informed financial choices, remain employable and build sustainable careers over the long term.
This system is continuously being developed and refined together with our partners, employees and financial advisors. While the instruments may differ per country, our commitment remains the same: building the strongest possible future for our people.
