Forgeon works with experienced welders and pipefitters on industrial and mechanical projects across the Netherlands. We support projects in piping, fabrication, equipment construction, and industrial maintenance for sectors such as energy, chemical, and process industry. All projects focus on safety, certified work standards, and professional execution.

We look for welders and pipefitters with proven technical experience, the ability to read drawings, and valid certifications such as VCA (or willingness to obtain it). You must be able to communicate in English and work independently or in a team. Depending on the project, shift work may apply.

What we offer:

• Gross monthly salary typically between €3,000 and €4,500 depending on experience

• Shift allowance around 15–20% when applicable

• 8% holiday allowance

• Up to 40 paid leave days per year

• Travel reimbursement around €0.23 per km
