Note: Due to contractual confidentiality and NDA restrictions, no project photos or technical drawings can be shared for this assignment.

For a Dutch industrial client, we supplied a fully self-sufficient project team for the construction of two custom-built flat plate heaters. The scope of this assignment required a high level of technical expertise, strict quality control and seamless coordination between multiple disciplines. Within a short lead time, we deployed a team consisting of one experienced foreman, certified fitters and specialized welders.

The project demanded absolute precision in both fitting and welding operations due to the critical function of the heaters within the client’s production process. Tolerances, material integrity and weld quality were key performance factors throughout the entire build. Any deviation or delay would have had a direct impact on downstream operations, making reliability and first-time-right execution essential.

Our foreman acted as the central operational interface between our workforce and the client’s project management. Daily progress monitoring, direct technical communication and on-site coordination ensured that decision-making remained fast and transparent. The fitters were responsible for the precise assembly and alignment of the components, while the welders executed all welding activities in accordance with the applicable procedures and quality standards.

Through tight on-site coordination, disciplined workflow management and continuous quality checks, both flat plate heaters were completed according to schedule and without any rework. The final inspection confirmed that all technical and quality requirements were met in full.

This project demonstrates our ability to deploy specialized technical teams at short notice and to take full operational responsibility within complex industrial environments. By combining experienced supervision with highly skilled tradesmen, we ensure controlled execution, predictable planning and consistent quality for critical equipment builds.
