Heat Exchanger Assembly

For a Dutch industrial client, we delivered specialized workforce support for the on-site assembly of a custom-built heat exchanger used within a critical section of the production process. The project required high mechanical accuracy, controlled welding execution and strict compliance with safety and quality standards.

For this assignment, we deployed a team of experienced international fitters and welders who were responsible for the full mechanical assembly, alignment and welding of the heat exchanger. The installation had to be fitted precisely within the existing plant layout, leaving no margin for dimensional deviation or rework.

Due to the operational importance of the equipment, all activities were executed under continuous quality supervision. Particular attention was given to fit-up accuracy, weld consistency and material integrity throughout the entire build. Any deviation would have had a direct impact on the reliability of the downstream process.

Daily coordination with the client’s project management ensured clear communication, controlled progress and rapid technical alignment where required. Our team operated fully self-sufficient on site and followed all applicable site regulations, safety instructions and quality procedures.

Through disciplined execution, accurate manpower planning and continuous quality verification, the heat exchanger was assembled according to schedule and successfully released for further commissioning. Final inspection confirmed full compliance with all technical and quality requirements.
