International Team for Crystallizer Construction

For a Dutch industrial manufacturer, we supported the on-site construction of a custom crystallizer forming a critical component within an active production environment. This project required controlled execution, high dimensional accuracy and seamless integration with existing process equipment.

The project was launched with an initial deployment of four highly skilled Estonian specialists, consisting of fitters and welders with extensive experience in complex industrial installations. As the project entered a more intensive execution phase, the team was expanded with two additional specialists to increase production capacity and secure the overall planning. This phased scaling allowed the client to accelerate progress without compromising quality or site safety.

From a technical perspective, the installation demanded precise alignment, consistent weld quality and strict adherence to tolerances due to direct interfaces with upstream and downstream systems. Any deviation would have had immediate consequences for the operational reliability of the production line.

Our Estonian team operated fully self-sufficient on site and maintained daily coordination with the client’s project supervision. Workflow, quality control and safety compliance were monitored continuously. All welding and fitting activities were performed in accordance with approved welding procedures, site-specific safety regulations and applicable quality standards.

Through disciplined planning, controlled manpower scaling and continuous quality verification, the crystallizer was completed according to schedule and successfully integrated into the client’s production process. Final inspections confirmed full functional and technical compliance.
